SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 5pm by Nancy Walker, President.
Present: Nancy Walker, Jen Daly McFadden, Bryan Bentz, Peter Chomowicz, Ray Thompson, Jim Turner and (at 5:45) Steven Dodd
Absent: Sam Orr
Guests: Michael Walker, Nick Kepple
- Board to vote on Clerk Replacement
A motion to appoint Michael Walker as clerk made by Peter Chomowicz, seconded by Jen Daly and unanimously approved. - Executive Session to discuss pending litigation: Barbosa matter, 73 Langworthy
Motion: Made by Jen Daly and seconded by Jim Turner to enter executive session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation and made to include Nick Kepple, attorney by Jen Daly and seconded by Peter Chomowicz. Motions unanimously approved.
Motion: Made by Jen Daly and seconded by Jim Turner to exit executive session at 6:05pm unanimously approved.
Board returned to public session at 6:05pm
Motion: Made by Ray Thompson and seconded by Bryan Bentz to hire Lloyd Langhammer as LPA litigation counsel. Unanimously approved.
Nick Kepple, LPA counsel provided retainer to Nancy Walker, President for signature with fee reduced to $250 per hour. Nick Kepple noted that Lloyd Langhammer is requesting $300 per hour.
