LPA Special Meeting at the Community House
December 16, 2025 at 5:00 PM 
No Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call of The Board of Directors  

Present were: 
Bill Gibson, Peggy Roberts, Rosanne O’Hara, Steven Dodd, Jen Daly McFadden, Sam Orr, Paul Dzurec, Nancy Walker and Bryan Bentz.

 Also attending were attorney Tim Bleasdale.

Tim explained that the board members should take care not to discuss matters in groups outside the board meetings, lest they constitute a public meeting.

Steven moved to enter into executive session with lawyer Bleasdale present to discuss the outstanding settlement offer in the case of 73 Langworthy. Sam seconded. Motion passed.

Session began at 5:02 pm.

Executive session ended at 6 pm with a motion from Peggy and seconded by Steven. Motion passed.

Peggy moved to recommend the proposed settlement offer in order to give the full LPA membership and opportunity to consider and vote on it. Sam seconded.

The vote was as follows:

Vote failed  3-5-1

Paul moved to adjourn. Sam seconded.
