 irectors of Lord’s Point and members to be conducted on May 15th at 4pm 
 at the LPA Community House for the purpose of conducting a membership vote
  regarding authorizing the Board of Directors to convey an easement to res
 ident Karen Barbosa as part of a settlement of pending litigation. The det
 ails of the easement will be presented at the meeting.\n\n\n\nAgenda Speci

 firmation\n\n\n\nDiscussion easement to be voted upon by members present.\

  a copy of the proposed settlement that the membership will be voting on a
 t the May 15th meeting regarding Lord’s Point Association V. Barbosa.  
  We have not been able to share that until now due to ongoing negotiations
 .   The final version of a proposed settlement that the board voted to ap
 prove (6 yes\, 1 no and 2 absent) at an emergency meeting of the board on 
 May 4th and re-affirmed today (May 13th) after voting to reject a countero
 ffer from the resident at 73 Langworthy is now available on the Lord's Poi
