• Update on Attorney Bleasdale’s filings with New London Court to a) Withdraw from Barbosa matter, and b) Seek a 90 day continuance. New Business
• To consider and act on retaining Attorney Nick Kepple or another attorney to serve as general counsel to LPA and to a) advise LPA on diverse ongoing non-litigation issues, and b) assist the Board with the identification, recruitment and retention of new litigation counsel.
• To establish a new lawyer interaction policy for the Board of Directors Adjournment
